ELECTORAL AND POLITICAL REFORMS

The Democratic System can deliver its goods only when the people and the elected representatives fully understand their responsibilities and act in a manner conducive to the progress of the people and Nation as a whole.

For democracy to be effective, the people, on whom it devolves, have to be careful, watchful and alert. In this, our country has to go a long way. Even after 61 years since independence, democratic rights have not been understood and displayed satisfactorily. The time has come when this gap has to be filled. The Foundation for Restoration of National Values (FRNV) – a registered Society committed to upholding ethical standards in all walks of life in our country – aims to address this issue. The primary approach of the Foundation will be to:

  • Influence the influencers. The focus of our initiatives will be a change at the germinal level.

  • FRNV's thrust is on National Values disassociated from caste, creed, gender and religion.
